Michael Jackson's lawyer has a copy of the late singer's will and he intends to file it with the court, according to a report this afternoon on TMZ.

The Jackson family doesn't have a copy of the will, which is currently in possession of attorney John Branca. It's unclear how many wills Michael Jackson made out and when, but Branca believes he's looking at the most current.

Branca says he has a signed will by Michael Jackson that he intends to file within 30 days. It is unclear at this time what Jackson's will might say.

John Branca has a long history with Jackson, having brokered the singer's famous deal for Jackson to purchase The Beatles' publishing catalogue in 1985.

Branca and Jackson stopped working together in 2006, but interestingly, he was re-hired just weeks ago. Michael died Thursday of cardiac arrest.

So far, the confirmed autopsy results are unclear as to the cause. The leaked autopsy results from earlier today are apparently completely fabricated.

Meanwhile, initial papers have been filed with the court to probate Michael Jackson's estate, and it seems Jackson's mom and dad don't know Michael had a will.

The petition was filed by Michael's parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson, who also filed a petition to obtain guardianship of Michael's children in court today.

But the odd thing regarding the will is that the Jacksons filed the papers saying the music icon died "intestate" - or in layman's terms, without a will.

The petition asks that Katherine Jackson be named as administrator of the will, meaning she wants to call the shots (and receive a commission, most likely).

The papers say Debbie Rowe , the mother of Michael's two older children, Michael Jr. (Prince I) and Paris, will be served with notice of a hearing.

Brooke Hogan is still pretty sure she knows best, or at least better than her dumbass mom Linda, who's been trashing her in the media of late.

Brooke's been sticking to her father, Hulk Hogan's side in all the drama with Linda, despite his dating Jennifer McDaniel, who creepily looks just like her.

"I'm just looking at how my dad's treating me and how my mom's treating me, and my mom has kind of backstabbed me a couple times. I feel betrayed."

As for her mom's current boytoy, Charlie Hill, a former schoolmate of Brooke and brother Nick Hogan, Brooke doesn't have a lot to say that's positive.

In any case, despite the persistent engagement rumors (fostered by her, for attention) Paris and her boyfriend du jour have officially called it quits. A rep for the ho-tel heiress confirmed the breakup , for which no reason has been given as of this posting, with the following statement today: "In response to the inquiry on whether Paris hilton has split up with Doug Reinhardt, yes, this is true, the couple are no longer together."

"They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy."

The pair had been together for six months , which is an eternity by her standards. Reinhardt's rep, who better start sending out resumes, had no comment. As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. This saying also applies to Paris and Doug.

The latest report is courtesy of Life & Style, a tabloid that, unsurprisingly, is focusing most of its coverage on Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

According to the magazine, the stars perfected their spit swapping technique on May 27 in Montepulciano, Italy, as a 10-hour shoot focused on the key reunion scene between Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.

"They were happy and laughing throughout filming," said an extra. "It was like they were the only two actors on set."

Despite Stewart's supposed relationship with Michael Angarano, witnesses say her and Pattinson were able to spend a lot of alone time in Italy.

"I saw them surfing the Internet together," a bartender at the Grand Hotel Admiral Palace said. "They were looking and laughing at something."

Meanwhile, Ashley Greene described how the beauty of the Italian countryside contrasted with the tone of the scenes being filmed there.
